Loading resin into line |
Many times repair work can be done without having to dig up the work area. This can be done by re-lining the pipe. To reline a pipe, the pipe is first cleaned by removing all roots and debris. A vacuum liner is loaded into a specially designed inversion launching tank. The liner is then inverted through the pipe and expanded at approximately 6 PSI. The installer has the ability to control speed and monitor the procedure at the control panel. Excess resin literally finds and penetrates all fractures and open joints. This provides a structural seal which fully renews the old pipe. The liner cures in approximately 2 hours leaving a smooth, joint-less, one-piece, leak-free seal.

Lateral Restoration, a form of Trenchless Technology, works for virtually everyone from private home owners to municipalities. This technology makes it possible to do major construction on your sewer lines without digging up yards, streets, or even parking lots. The convenience of this technology allows for us to do repairs without you, as a customer, having to take too much unnecessary time out of your day.
